Betul Turkmenoglu is a Turkish-qualified lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and the founder of the practice. She advises entrepreneurs, investors, companies and families on Turkish law, with a particular focus on transactions and structures that span the United Kingdom and Türkiye.
She read law at Marmara University and took her master's degree in international law at Queen Mary University of London — the combination that shapes how she works: Turkish law applied with a clear view of how the other side of a cross-border matter thinks.
Her practice covers commercial contracts, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and the ongoing corporate advisory that follows. Alongside the legal work she provides bilingual business consultancy for clients establishing or expanding a commercial footprint in either jurisdiction.
